This would help start creating new jobs that are less centered on the tasks that a person does and more focused on the skills that a person brings to work. Robots (we brought this problem on ourselves) are great at repetitive and constrained work. Humans should stop defining jobs under a procedural tasks. Let those Robots process the painful and repetitive tasks, Humans need to bring more humanity to our working lives.
